Design architecture, functionality and good taste are just some of the thousands of elements of EPV. A semi-detached house located in Ecopark, Vietnam. We are talking about a green area in an urban area of this Asian country. In this environment there are hundreds of trees and the density of construction is very low. This project carried out by AHL Architects Associates integrates the house with all its surroundings. Architecture design and all the constructive elements respond to the client's need.
Architecture design, built in kitchen
A place for rest and retirement during the weekends. As a fundamental rule the team of architects could only intervene in the spaces interiors . This responds to the regulations of not affecting the external perspective and the landscape of the area. The main design ideas are oriented to simplicity, purity of forms and rusticity. Architecture design and more are combined in the distribution of this house. The ground floor is adapted to increase comfort and adjust it to the new demands and needs of its residents.
Architecture design, wide ventilation
A double door system allows the lateral terrace to communicate with the interior. For this purpose, slides are also used. The center of the space is not loaded with elements which allows better access to all areas of the house. All the technical part is hidden with a block of wood on the wall from the first floor to the ceiling. The selection of furniture is also a strong point in this house. The table of dinning room It is located in a space with a high ceiling area. This position allows you to receive maximum natural light and ventilation from the outside of the house.
The materials integrate the polished concrete, cement walls and bamboo. The solid wood furniture for interior is the main material present in this project. Design architecture and the whole in general is embellished with rustic but delicate details. Appreciate and enjoy these details in our gallery today. No doubt a tasteful sample integration with the landscape and high degree of functionality that gives us AHL Architects Associates
