The House 1014 is one of the novelties of the Catalan firm H Arquitectes. Located in the historic center of Granollers, the old building has retained only its original facade because the rest of the house was in very poor condition. Efforts have been made to create suitable areas for different uses and with different degrees of privacy

It consists of accesses from two different streets, and the plot has been divided into two parts separated by a central garden; one of them is intended for family activities more everyday while the other is suitable for meetings with guests for being a somewhat quieter area. At the beginning of the project the architects tried to improve the solar capture since this one was obstructed by the buildings that gave on the street.
